     Congratulations, Rev Salter!!!

Our pastor, Rev. Bruce Salter is celebrating 50 years of pastoral service.  St. John's Church will have a special worship service in his honor on June 12, 2011 at 10am.  There will be a Pot Luck dinner following the service. Please join us in congratulating Rev Salter.

ST. JOHN'S ANNUAL CORN ROAST

Mark the date, July 30th, 2011 for the feast. Serving times are 4pm thru 7pm. We will be serving BBQ sandwhich, Cole Slaw, Baked Potato and Lots of corn.  Also don't forget all those homemade desserts to go with your meal.  Prices are Adults: $9:00; 6 to 12 years old $4.00; 5yrs and under eat Free. Dining Room with A/C. Handicapped Accessible.

Proceeds benefitting the many organizations of the Peotone School District 207U.

Saint John’s United Church of Christ was founded in 1865 as St. Johannes Evangelische Gemeinde and is the oldest continuously serving church in Will County.

10:00 AM

Sunday school is from 9:00am until 9:50am.

Our facilities are available for:

  • Community events and service organization meetings.
  • Special occasions led by the pastor
  • Individual needs of the community

Our Future:
